How to reach Kedarnath?
To visit any of the dhams, one has first to reach Haridwar or Rishikesh. There is an Airport Jolly Grant in Dehradun. Which is around 20 km away from Rishikesh. This airport is well-connected with all the cities in India. The nearest railway stations to reach Kedarnath are Rishikesh is about 200 km away and Haridwar is around 120 km. Taxi service is available from Haridwar and Rishikesh to Gaurikund. Gaurikund is the last road stop before Kedarnath.
