Dark circles are something which if starts forming makes one look tired and this also is not a nice thing to look at. Sometimes the formation of dark circles is completely hereditary but in most cases, they happen because of lack of sleep, mental and physical stress and a poor diet.

Aloe Vera
This is a great Ayurvedic remedy which has many naturally nourishing properties. In fact, Aloe Vera always does wonder to the skin because it is an effective moisturiser and it has a lot of anti inflammatory properties. When one applied Aloe Vera on skin it ca hydrate them and also reduces dark circles. There are many natural ingredients present in it which can reduce the puffiness of the eyes and if reduces if there are any redness as well. One can mix a table spoon of Aloe Vera gel with a tea spoon of fresh potato juice and then massage it gently on the dark circles. Then keep it for 15 minutes before washing it off with water. One can apply it thrice a week to get the best results.
Amla
It is a natural oxidant which has a lot of rejuvenating properties. It can regenerate the skin and removes dark circles from under eyes. It is an age old remedy for dark circles and it can provide natural hydration to the under eye skin. Here, one has to take a table spoon of amla powder and then mix it with a few drops of honey so that it can form a paste. Then one has to apply it on the affected area and leave it for at least 15 to 20 minutes. One can wash it with fresh water afterwards. It is a good idea to apply it on a daily basis to get best results.
Turmeric
This ingredient is used for healing purposes for decades now. It can be a great remedy for redness, blemishes and itching. Turmeric has anti oxidants which can help in reducing inflammation, swelling and redness. It can also reduce wrinkles and fine lines. One can take a bit of turmeric powder with a few mint leaves and a tea spoon of gram flour and blend it nicely before applying it on the affected area. Keep it for 15 to 20 minutes before washing it away with water.
Honey
This is considered to be a natural moisturiser and a bleaching agent as well. It can also reduce pigmentation. Honey has anti inflammatory properties which can lighten the skin and improve blood circulation. It can also reduce dark circles and regular application of it can also make the skin soft and smooth. One can mix honey with sweet almond oil well and gently massage under the eye for a minute or two. Then leave it overnight and wash it away the next morning.
For Ayurvedic treatment for dark eye circles one can also use mint leaves.
