In case of scalp yeast infection, round or circular bald patches appear on the scalp. You need to see your doctor if you have these patches. The doctor will give you antifungal medicines like ketomac tablet and other medicines.

Treatment for scalp yeast infection

Treatment is possible and easy for this type of infection. If you have moderate to low fungal infection then you can use over the counter medicines to treat the conditions. Medicines like fluconazole and other antifungal medicines work effectively.

Besides that, you can use antifungal creams or shampoos and lotions for your scalp. You need to use these products regularly to get rid of the infection.

For home remedies, you can use different products like lemon juice, neem extract, apple cider vinegar etc. You can mix apple cider vinegar in the water and rinse your hair with it. Ora you can massage your scalp with the lemon juice or neem extract to prevent the infection.

To prevent the infection you can keep some preventing measures. You need to maintain a healthy diet with a hygiene routine so that your scalp remains healthy.
